What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email, business name, city, the website you are interested in and your message. It is emailed to us and used to answer you. No analytics scripts, no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for as long as needed to answer you and, if you become a client, for the duration of the service plus the legal retention period for invoices.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to octonoveagency@gmail.com.
Hosting and logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security purposes. The live websites in the catalogue are hosted separately and are hidden from search engines.
