What it does

Solar savings estimator

Visitors enter their monthly bill or kWh, which way the roof faces, its pitch and its shade. The site sizes the system in kW and panels, estimates production month by month from NREL sun data and charts savings and payback over 25 years, honestly showing that the federal credit has ended. On phones a compact bar keeps the system size, panels, first-year savings and payback in view while the answers change.

  • Solar savings estimator
  • Compact live summary bar on mobile
  • NREL sun data, cited
  • Roof plan and payback charts
  • Transparent price table
  • Service-area map and hours
  • In English; yours in your language

A design concept: Copper Mesa Solar Co. is a fictional brand. Your version carries your name, photos and contact details.

Inside the website

Every section, ready for your business.

Before homeowners call a solar installer, they want to know what it would save them. This design answers that on the page with an estimator built on NREL sun data. It then shows the services, the install process, example projects and real prices, and every contact button is ready for your number.

Full page of the solar installer website
  1. Hero with the numbers up front

Full-bleed desert rooftop photo, a poster-style headline, two calls to action and three key figures: peak sun hours, yield per kW and the federal credit status.

  2. Sun data, month by month

A bar chart of Phoenix peak sun hours from the NREL radiation manual, with the source cited under it.

  3. Services

Rooftop solar, batteries, carports and ground mounts, EV chargers, cleaning and remove-and-reinstall, in a photo grid.

  4. Solar savings estimator

Four questions, live readouts, a roof plan with the panels drawn on it, monthly production against use and a 25-year payback chart. A fixed summary bar on mobile and a note explaining why coverage rounds up to whole panels.

  5. Built for the local climate

Heat losses, monsoon wind, critter guards and leak-proof attachments, explained next to a storm photo.

  6. Install process

Five steps from roof check to switch-on, each with its typical timing, plus crew and drone survey photos.

  7. Example projects and pricing

Five example roofs whose specs come from the same model as the estimator, followed by a clear price table: per watt, battery, re-roof and cleaning.

  8. FAQ, hours, area and contact

Straight answers that cite the law and the sources, a service-area map with opening hours, and a roof-check form.
